By accessing and using OptiSketch, provided by MacLellan Books, you agree to the following terms.
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to any artwork, sketches, or designs you create using OptiSketch. We lay no claim to your creations.
OptiSketch is provided "as is" and relies on the capabilities of your web browser. Because the application stores temporary data locally on your device, we cannot guarantee the recovery of unsaved work in the event of a browser crash, cleared cache, or device failure. Users are strongly encouraged to frequently export their work as a PNG or save .OPTI project files to their local file system.
The OptiSketch application itself, including its source code, interface design, logo, and "OptiScanner" branding, are the intellectual property of MacLellan Books. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the application for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Under no circumstances shall MacLellan Books be held liable for any loss of data, loss of artwork, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the OptiSketch application.
